This notice describes how Icare processes professional contact data submitted through forms, service portals, and website technical logs. It is not a Notice of Privacy Practices for a covered entity; HIPAA Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) are executed separately when Icare hosts PHI for a customer.
Name, work email, phone, organization, country, inquiry type, free-text project context, and technical logs (IP address, user agent, pages viewed). Do not submit patient identifiers or PHI through public website forms.
We use inquiry data to respond to demos and quotes, deliver Spec Library packages, schedule field service, and improve site performance. Marketing emails require separate consent and an unsubscribe option.
Sales inquiries are retained for up to 36 months unless a longer period is required for quality complaint handling under 21 CFR 820. We do not sell personal data. Processors (CRM, email, hosting) operate under written agreements.
Where data leave the EEA/UK, we apply Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards. Regional data residency options for connected device cloud services are described in product-specific DPA addenda.
